Announcements should be submitted by our deadline of 5 p.m. the Friday prior to the desired week of publication. Please do not type in ALL CAPS. Forms submitted in ALL CAPS will be rejected, possibly delaying publication of your announcement.

**Because of liability issues, birth announcements presented by an unwed mother cannot list a father unless both parents appear at our office in person, with valid photo identification. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
