Donald Craig Henderson

Donald Craig Henderson
Henderson was born September 22, 1972 in Waycross to the late Donald Reppard Henderson and Janice Fort Henderson.
He was a 1991 Brantley County High School graduate. Henderson was employed by Sherwin-Williams as the store manager. He was a member of Destination Church.
Henderson was known for his love of life and people. He shared the love of Christ through laughter and had a heart for the community, which was found in his relationship
Henderson
with Christ discovered on a lake in a boat in the middle of nowhere.
Henderson never met a stranger and once you were introduced you were officially a friend. Ask anyone who knows him well and they will tell you if there was a pot to be stirred, then he was the spoon. Henderson was up for anything that would create laughter and joy.
He was passionate about his family. Henderson truly was interested in every family connection and loved each person passionately. He was proud of his family and was quick to share life and love with each of them. This was seen in his love for Georgia football.
It started with the memories of his parents rooting the Bulldogs on each Saturday surrounded by family and friends and he continued that passion with his son. In addition, one of Henderson’s greatest joys was playing golf anytime he had the opportunity. He enjoyed spending time with his golf crew as well as sharing that passion with his daughter.
His love of travel and great food was shared whenever possible. Henderson was full of life and lived his life to the fullest. His goal was to live each day like it was his last and that is exactly what he did.
Survivors include his wife, Christiane Saxon Henderson of Waycross; two children, Blade and Peyton Henderson; sister, Mandy Clemmons (Russ) of Savannah; niece and nephew, Miles and Anna Kate Clemmons; and loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
