Davis

Born in Douglas, her parents were Thomas Monroe Purvis and Lucille Day Purvis. Mrs. Davis was also preceded in death by three sisters, Patricia Richardson, Gail Faulkner and Vikki Purvis; and a nephew, Christopher Purvis.

Mrs. Davis worked many years as a title clerk and attended Family Life Church. She enjoyed being outdoors, doing crossword puzzles, reading and loved her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Krystal Coger (Chris) of Hortense; four grandchildren, Talyn Coger, Carson Coger, Tristen Coger and Kandice Coger, all of Hortense; nieces and nephews, Lori Hand of Hortense, Tommy Eades (Allison), Richard Roland (Amanda), Lexy Odum (Rusty) and Devin Cargile, all of Brunswick; also several great nieces, great nephews, and a host of friends.

Afuneral service was held Friday, July 11, 2025 at Frye Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Johns officiating.

Burial followed in Evergreen Cemetery in Brunswick.

Pallbearers were Talyn Coger, Carson Coger, Tommy Eades, Tristen Coger, Richard Roland and Duke Harris.

Arrangements were with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
