Mrs. Thomas ran and placed in many local charity runs.

Mrs. Thomas was a native of Brunswick, but she lived most of her life in Waycross. She was an employee of American Eye Care.

Mrs. Thomas was a doting “Nana” who was looking forward to the birth of her first great granddaughter later this year. She loved to fish. She had a beautiful soprano voice and loved to sing.

She loved people and had a ready smile for everyone she met.

She was the daughter of the late Joshua (Josh) Thomas Carter. Also preceding her in death was her brother, Keith Carter, and her stepfather, Jackie Barnes.
