MANOR — Mr. Henry Joseph McClellan, 52, of Manor, died suddenly Sunday, June 8, 2025.

McClellan was born in Bradenton, Fla., to the late Taylor Eugene McClellan and Mary Sue Varn adore McClellan. He had made Manor his home for most of his life.

McClellan worked for Ian Mizell Logging and enjoyed his job and any time he could spend in the woods. When he wasn’t working, McClellan still loved to do anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He attended Place of Blessings Church of God in Argyle.

Along with his parents, McClellan was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Holton Flener and Ayden Mulkey; two sisters, Barbara Hauser and Donna Jean McClellan; his aunt, Dorothy Easterling; and a special cousin who was close to him like a brother, Emmanuel Gonzalez.

McClellan is survived by four children, Harlee McClellan Flener (Joe) of Waycross, Kyle Joseph McClellan (Cassey) of Waycross, Ashley Rae McClellan of Waycross, and Mason Nathaniel Carter of Bickley; nine grandchildren, Jolee Flener, Bryson Flener, Avery McClellan, Cypress McClellan, Laycee McClellan, Tymberlynn McClellan, Tripp Mulkey, Kole Mulkey, and Jax Mullinax; two sisters, Brenda McClellan of Blackshear and Genia Leggett (Timmy) of Blackshear; two brothers, Gordon McClellan (Miranda) of Millwood and Mitchell McClellan of Manor; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A memorial service was held Monday, June 16 at Place of Blessings Church of God in Argyle.
