HOBOKEN – Rene Moore Dreggors, 54 of Hoboken, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025 in Daytona Beach, Fla., from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born in Waycross, Mrs. Dreggors parents were Charles Moore and Maxine Peacock Moore. She is also preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Moore and Pam Moore; a niece, Haley Griffin; and her father-in-law, Donald Dreggors.

Mrs. Dreggors was a farmer and a member of Hoboken Baptist Church. She also drove a school bus for many years and worked at Ware State Prison. Mrs. Dreggors loved her grandbabies, working in general, farming, singing Karaoke and secondhand shopping.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Jody Dreggors of Hoboken; three sons and daughtersin- law, Rodney Harris (Mandy) of Hoboken, Jody Harris of Tupelo, Miss., and Jeffery Dreggors (Amy) of Hoboken; two daughters and sonsin- law, Bethany Wheeles (Christopher) of Jacksonville, Fla., and Kelley Ternest (Kyle) of Hoboken; 10 grandchildren, Landon Wheeles, Meia Lyons, Tryston Lyons, Ethan Wheeles, Caden Dreggors, Jasper Harris, Zoey Dreggors, Haden Harris, Chloe Dreggors and Kentson Ternest; a brother, Danny Boy Moore of Hoboken; two sisters and a brother-inlaw, Beth Holland (Scott) and Tina Moore all of Hoboken; mother-in-law, Meredith Ann Dreggors of Hoboken; sister-in-law, Jeannie Silva; special friends, Kaci Hartley, Glenda Hanchey, Hilda and Carlos Olivero, and Lynn Moody; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

A funeral service was held Saturday morning, May 17, 2025 at Hoboken Baptist Church with Rev. Ben Glosson and Mrs. Beth Holland officiating.

Burial followed in Twin Oaks Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Rodney Harris, Jody Harris, Jeffery Dreggors, Randall Rowland, Carlos Olivero, Chris Wheeles, Marcus Dreggors, Cody Shattuck and Chase Griffin.

Arrangements were with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
