Mrs. Dixon was born in Waycross to the late Charlie Oliver Griffin and Treecia Evelyn Clark. She retired from Security Fin ance where she worked as a collections officer. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dixon was also preceded in death by two siblings, Mark Clark and Kathy Waters.

She is survived by her two children, Terry Tuten (Terri) of Waycross and Crissy Davis of Blackshear; five grandchildren, Corey Waters (Bobbiejo), Keri Hale (Austin), Toxey Tuten (Alexis), Alex Brown and Natalie Brown; four great grandchildren,

Eason, Oliver, Ada and Micah; a brother, Randy Griffin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A private graveside service will be held at High Bluff Cemetery. Memorialization will be by cremation.
