Mrs. Osburn was born in Waycross to the late Royce F. Blalock and Marg aret Tatum Blalock. She made Waycross her home all her life.

Mrs. Osburn enjoyed the outdoors, taking camping trips, online shopping and collecting ceramic roosters. She loved spending time with her family, and along with her husband, was the owner/operator of Waycross Auto Repair. Mrs. Osburn was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Osburn was also preceded in death by an infant brother and her father-in-law, Wayne Osburn.

Mrs. Osburn is survived by her husband of 42 years, Tim Osburn of Waycross; two children, Heather Strickland and her husband, Jake, of Waycross and Wayne Osburn of Waycross; 10 grandchildren, Hannah Strickland, James Strickland, Katie Strickland, Emily Strickland, Maggie Strickland, Samuel Strickland, Rhonda Osburn, Graceland Osburn, Camden Osburn and Sydnee Osburn; three sisters, Terrolyn Harrison and her husband, Chris, of Interlachen, Fla., Nina Crosby and her husband, Randy, of Blackshear, and Kathy Robinson and her husband, Wes, of Cochran, Ga.; mother-in-law, Jeanette Osburn of Waycross; three sisters-in-law, Cynthia Hickox and her husband, David, of Waycross, Linda Pittman and her husband, Tracy, of Waycross and Marilyn Hewett and her husband, Sean, of Waycross; a brother-in-law, Mark Osburn and his wife, Cathy,

of Waycross; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service was held Friday, March 28 at Central Baptist Church. Burial followed in Greenlawn Cemetery.
