Ragsdale is Nat’l champ

Harlow Ragsdale of Pierce County is the baton twirling national champion.

Harlow Ragsdale is the new Preteen Intermediate Pageant Winner of America. She is the daughter of Jason and Haley Ragsdale and will be in the seventh grade at Pierce County Middle School this upcoming school year. She has been twirling for seven years and attends Center Stage Studio in Waycross. She is coached by Ann Combs.

To compete in the National pageant at Americas Youth On Parade, better known as AYOP, you must first qualify within your state. Back in April, Ragsdale won her group at the Miss Majorette of Georgia competition. She then traveled to the University of Notre Dame to compete against girls from all over the nation.
