JESUP — Cadet Troy Medcalf recently received the JROTC Bronze Medal for Brantley County High School for the 2025-26 school year. Medcalf was recognized for his leadership qualities, military bearing and general excellence. The award presentation took place recently at the Altamaha Chapter's quarterly meeting at Family Traditions Restaurant in Jesup. Medcalf is shown with Judge Franklin Rozier Jr., president of the Altamaha Chapter SAR.
