Memorial Satilla Health and partner organization The Blood Connection will host six blood drives in 2026.
The first drive of the year will take place during Heart Month, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, February 6. The drive will be held in the old registration lobby on the hospital’s main campus at 1900 Tebeau Street, Waycross.
All blood types are needed to keep a stable blood supply throughout the year, so donors are encouraged to attend.
“Our blood drive initiative reflects our commitment to giving back and saving lives, because success is not just measured in financial terms, but in the lives we touch and the difference we make,” said Damon Barrett, CEO of Memorial Satilla.
After the February event, he 2026 blood drive schedule will be as follows: April 10, June 5, July 31, September 25 and November 20. All drives will take place 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Memorial Satilla’s main campus.
