CORDELE — Homestanding Crisp County knocked off Pierce County twice here Friday in a Region 3-AA doubleheader.
The Lady Bears (3-12 overall, 14 region) dropped their fifth consecutive game January 23 and eighth in 10 outings falling 47-25 to the Lady Cougars (4-12, 2-3), who entered on a three-game skid and had suffered losses in eight of their last 10 games.
PCHS won the first matchup posting a 51-38 home win January 2.
