Marshal Kimberly Stephens presided over Monday’s Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade under the theme, “Building Community Through Caring.” The near hourlong parade that began at noon and traveled through Downtown Waycross included Jr. Parade Marshal Tyden Bradley, Ware County and city officials, a host of motorized units, a variety of floats created with the parade theme in mind and music provided by the Ware County High School band.
