TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Mr. Charles Vasco Perritt, 92, died Friday evening, January 16, 2026, at his residence in Tallahassee, Fla.
He was born June 23, 1933 in Ware County to the late Columbus Lamar Perritt and Bertha Bagley Perritt. H e served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and later retired as the owner of Perritt Distributor. He was a member of Northwoods Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Perritt was also preceded in death by his three brothers, Spencer Perritt, Ronnie Perritt and Ronald Perritt.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Perritt of Tallahassee; two daughters, Angela Fessler (Ryan) and Lisa Ailstok both of Tallahassee; three sons, Bryan Perritt and Chuck Perritt (Dana) of Tallahassee and Craig May (Pam) of Norfolk, Va.; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 24 in the Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. The family will begin receiving friends at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
