Brantley County High School’s wrestling Herons captured the seven-team, Class A Area 3 Dual championship to advance to the two-day, 16-team double-elimination state finals set for Friday, January 16 and Saturday, January 17 in Franklin hosted by Heard County. BCHS will face Mt. Pisgah in the first round. The Lady Herons wrestle Division II prelim Thursday, January 15 for a spot in the eight-team Division II Girls’ State Dual Championship.
