Leona Fox, emergency medical technician with the Pierce County Emergency Medical Service (EMS) was named county employee of the month for January. EMS Director Daniel Royal said Fox is one of the longestserving EMTs with Pierce County EMS with over 10 years of service. Royal said Fox is a leader and a good mentor to her co-workers and is compassionate and dedicated to serving the residents of Pierce County.
