Sheriff’s Report

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Derrick Campbell, 39, was arrested Monday, December 29 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Levi Williams, 26, was arrested Monday, December 29 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Spenser Allen, 34, was arr ested Tuesday, December 30 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• DUI: Adam Phillips, 40, was arrested Thursday, January 1 and charged with DUI. Brantl e y County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Post Road in reference to dark window tint.

• DUI, Speeding: David Puckett, 19, was arrested Thursday, January 1 and charged with DUI and Speeding.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant: Hannah Anthony, 30, was arrested Thursday, January 1 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

• Outstanding Probation warrant, DUI, Requirem ents for Bicyc l e Lights: Alan Thurston, 36, was arrested Thursday, January 1 on an Outstanding Probation warrant, DUI and Requirements for Bicycle Lights.

• Failure to Have License on Person, Headlight Requirements, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration: Garcia Figueroa, 30, was arrested Friday, January 2 and charged with Failure to Have License on Person, Headlight Requirements and Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration.

• DUI, Headlight Requirements: Craig Hurley, 54, was arr ested Friday, January 2 and charged with DUI, and Headlight Requirements.

• Failure to Have License on Person, DUI, Obey Traffic Control Devise: Trenton Kinnon, 20, was arrested Friday, January 2 and charged with Failure to Have License on Person, DUI and Obey Traffic Control Devise.

• Outstanding Abandonment of Dogs warr ant: Aaron Sapp, 34, was arr ested Friday, January 2 on an outstanding Abandonment of Dogs warrant.

• DUI, Speeding, No Proof of Insurance, Expired Tag, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Unlawful for any Person to Purchase, Possess, or Have Under his Control any Controlled Substance : Jared Crews, 27, was arr ested Sunday, January 4 and charged with DUI, Speeding, No Proof of Insurance, Expired Tag, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, and Unlawful for any Person to Purchase, Possess, or Have Under his Control any Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies responded to an Agency Assist at Friendly Express in Waynesville in reference to speeding.

• Disorderly Conduct: Taylor Dallas, 17, was arrested Sunday, January 4 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to the 2050 block of Albert Gibson Road in reference to disorderly conduct.
