Many of Brantley County’s residents lined Main Street Saturday, December 20 to take in the annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade. Sheriff Len Davis (right photo) jogged thru downtown passing out candy to the youth along the route. Prior to the parade, several hundred people took in the sights around the Brantley County Courthouse stopping and visiting vendors and friends along Cannon Street (below photo) and Brantley Street. The star of the parade, Santa Claus (top photo) brought joy and cheer to the youngsters as he and Mrs. Claus waved to their little adoring supporters. See Pages 8-10 for parade photos.
