Santa’s arrival in Hoboken brings joy to youth

HOBOKEN — Santa Claus, riding high atop a Hoboken fire engine, brought joy to the hundreds of youth along the parade route Saturday, December 13 in Hoboken. Jolly ole’ St. Nick and Mrs. Claus waved to the crowd after leaving from the Hoboken Baptist Church staging area turning onto Hwy. 82 East and taking a left onto Kelly Street at the Friendly Express with many families waving from below. Once over the railroad tracks, the parade headed west on Railroad Street lined with cars. Santa Claus has one more trip left in Brantley County when he will ride in the Saturday, December 20 parade in Nahunta starting at noon. For more pictures of the Hoboken parade turn to Page x.
