• Disorderly Conduct: Larry Thompson, 27, was arrested Monday, December 8 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.
Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 5500 block of Caney Bay Road in reference to a male subject acting irate and trying to fight.
• Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Probation warrant: Shane Phillips, 48, was arrested Tuesday, December 9 and charged with Poss ession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, and Probation Warrant.
• Aggravated Assault: William Simpson, 34, was arrested Tuesday, December 9 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 300 block of Whisper Ridge Loop in reference to a physical domestic.
• Failure to Appear, Speeding: June Plott, 62, was arr ested Wednesday, December 10 and charged with Failure to Appear and Speeding.
• Improper Left or Right Turn Lane, Failure to have License on Person, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, DUI Drugs: Scott Turner, 48, was arr ested Wednesday, December 10 and charged with Imp roper Left or Right Turn Lane, Failure to have License on Person, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects and DUI Drugs.
• Theft by Taking, Forgery 1st Degree: Dana Wasdin, 46, was arrested Wednesday, December 10 and charged with Theft by Taking and Forgery 1st Degree.
• Parole Violation, Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers: Adam Crute, 37, was arr ested Thursday, December 11 and charged with Parole Violation and Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers.
• Simple Battery: Jerome Moody, 34, was arrested Thursday, December 11 and charged with Simple Battery.
• DUI Drugs, Failure to Maintain Lane, Hit and Run, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Joseph Deprat ter, 29, was arr ested Friday, December 12 and charged with DUI Drugs, Failure to Maintain Lane, Hit and Run, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (two counts).
• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: James Lastinger, 41, was arrested Friday, December 12 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, No Proof of Insurance, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Susan Westberry, 49, was arr ested Friday, December 12 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, No Proof of Insurance, Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or Revoked Registration, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Joseph Burchfield, 50, was arr ested Saturday, December 13 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Thomas Everett, 35, was arrested Sunday, December 14 and charged Possession of a Schedule II Cont rolled Substance.
