TIFTON — Pierce County’s 8-under all-star Bears captured the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association (GRPA) Class C state football title Sunday afternoon beating District 3 champion Fitzgerald 24-6. Pierce County blanked District 3 runner-up Lanier County 32-0 Saturday and District 1 champion Dodge County 38-0 in the semifinals.
