WAYCROSS — Mrs. Connie Aldridge Wilson, 80, passed away Monday evening, November 24, 2025, at Memorial Satilla Health after a brief illness.

She was born June 7, 1945, in Ware County to the late Tom Aldridge and Flora Altman Smith. Mrs. Wilson gradu ated from Hoboken High School in 1963, and later became a self-employed seamstress and interior decorator. She was a dedicated member of Hebardville Baptist Church and the Red Hat Society.

Mrs. Wilson loved water skiing and snow skiing in her younger years, and she found joy throughout her life in fishing and tending to her flowers.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her siblings, A.C. Griffin, Glynn Griffin, Stanley Aldridge, and Barbara Lee.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Donnie Wilson of Waycross; three sons, Donald Wilson (Deana) of Blackshear, Tony Wilson (Wendy) of Hoboken, and Jim Wilson (Michelle) of Charlotte, N.C.; grandchildren, Ashley Tanner (Bobby), Brooklyn Hunter (Ernest), Tyler Wilson (Bri), Trent Wilson, Travis Wilson (Lexie), Kalen Barber (David), and Seth Beale; great grandchildren, Logan Tanner, Ben Hunter, Becham and Holland Wilson, Zoe Yarbrough (Ty), and Gage Vaught; great-greatgrandchild, Emmaline Yarbrough; her sister, Blanche Aldridge; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held November 28 at the Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in High Bluff Cemetery.
