WAYCROSS — Mrs. Connie Aldridge Wilson, 80, passed away Monday evening, November 24, 2025 at Memorial Satilla Health after a brief illness.

Mrs. Wilson was born June 7, 1945, in Ware County to the late Tom Aldridge and Flora Altman Smith. She graduated from Hoboken High School in 1963 and later became a self-employed seamstress and interior decorator.

Mrs. Wilson was a dedicated member of Hebardville Baptist Church and the Red Hat Society. She loved water skiing and snow skiing in her younger years, and she found joy throughout her life in fishing and tending to her flowers.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her siblings, A.C. Griffin, Glynn Griffin, Stanley Aldridge and Barbara Lee.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Donnie Wilson of Waycross; three sons, Donald Wilson (Deana) of Blackshear, Tony Wilson (Wendy) of Hoboken and Jim Wilson (Michelle) of Charlotte, N.C.; grandchildren, Ashley Tanner (Bobby), Brooklyn Hunter (Ernest), Tyler Wilson (Bri), Trent Wilson, Travis Wilson (Lexie), Kalen Barber (David) and Seth Beale; great-grandchildren, Logan Tanner, Ben Hunter, Becham and Holland Wilson, Zoe Yarbrough (Ty), and Gage Vaught; great-great-grandchild, Emmaline Yarbrough; her sister, Blanche Aldridge; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Music Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial followed in High Bluff Cemetery..

Music Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
