She lived a full and rewarding life serving the Lord, her family and others. Mrs. Roquemore felt she had found and fulfilled her assignment and purpose when they moved to Brantley County.

Mrs. Roquemore (Mother Roquemore) served the Lord faithfully for 88 years from the time she surrendered her life to Jesus at age 14. The Bible tells us the older women are to give good counsel and be teachers of what is right and noble, wisely training the younger women (Titus 2:3 - 4). Mother Roquemore fulfilled this.
