Mrs. Roquemore was a member of Remnant Church where she taught a Bible Study until she was 96 years old. She always loved to volunteer in churches and was a homemaker.

As a young woman who loved the Lord with all her heart, Mrs. Roquemore wanted to serve Him with her life and be used by Him. She attended and graduated from Bible School in Atlanta in 1944.

They were married for 31 years until he died in Hoboken.

She and Ralph moved to Hoboken in November 2009 where she believed God had a divine purpose for moving them to Brantley County where, at 87 years old in December 2010, she began teaching a weekly Bible Study every Thursday morning at Walking In The Light Christian Bookstore for 5 1/2 years.
