PCMS Jr. Beta celebrates Founders Day

PCMS Jr. Beta celebrates Founders Day

Pierce County Middle School’s (PCMS) Jr. Beta club recently participated in Founder's Day, the National Beta club's day of service. PCMS Jr. Beta students planned several service activities for the day. They started with serving breakfast to the teachers and staff of PCMS. The eighth grade students planned and implemented a trick or treat for Alle (need last name) and Tiffany (need last name) classes at PCMS. Seventh grade students read a book and completed an activity with Mrs. Alle and Mrs. Tiffany's classes and sixth graders enjoyed recess with them! Also, Jr. Beta students gave out small tokens of appreciation to bus drivers, monitors, lunchroom staff and custodians.

Enjoying the extra attention at the Jr. Beta special event just for them are (l-r) teachers and students: (front row) Logan Hartley, Branson Hickox, Jodie King, Evan Hartley, Bentley O’Berry, Bettyann Turner, (back row) Alle Lee, Kesha Miles, Gage Merryman, David Sartin, Leonardo Sanchez, Katie Cravey and Que’Nya Phillips.
