United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran and commander of the newly established Blackshear post of AMVETS, Guylee Washington addressed fellow veterans employed at the Federal Correctional Instituation (FCI) in Jesup as part of their Veterans Day events. Retired from FCI in 2014, Washington was invited to address his fellow veterans for Veterans Day and to take part in the ceremonial lap around the one-mile track in front of FCI’s training center to commemorate the USMC’s 250 year birthday.
