Sheriff’s Report

• Shawn Paul Golding, 40, was arrested Monday, Nov. 3, and charged with felony - possession of a Scheduled I controlled substance, possession of a Scheduled II controlled substance, misdemeanor - possession of marijuana less than 1oz, possession of drug related objects and drugs not in original container.

Deputy Corey Sparks responded to an area in Pierce County. After initial contact, Deputy Sparks requested Aggressive Crime Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer to respond. Upon further investigation, a search warrant was obtained and executed by ACE Unit Investigators Mercer, Greg Nettles and Bryce Edwards, along with Deputy Sparks. The investigation led to Golding’s arrest.

• Tyler Scott Lee, 31, and Crystian Denise Runyon, 28, were arrested Thursday, Nov. 6, and charged with felony - possession of a Scheduled I controlled substance (Spice) and misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects.

ACE Unit Investigator Greg Nettles and Investigator Wayne Mercer responded to an area in Pierce County to serve a felony probation warrant. After initial contact, Lee and Runyon were arrested.

• Gerald Dean Aspinwall, 29, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 11 and charged with felony - riot in a penal institution.

Sergeant Michael James responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Aspinwall’s arrest.
