Blackshear Rotary Club, Pierce County Family Connection and Pierce County Foundation for Excellence in Education recently teamed up to support a field trip to Poppell Farms for special education classes at BES, MES and PES. In addition to its annual literacy projects, making handson learning a reality for students in Pierce County is a top priority for Rotary. Club members expressed their gratitude to their two partners for their help in making this project a reality.
