Unison Behavioral Health recently recognized Joel Cribb for 25 years of service. Cribb began his career with Unison as a Houseparent at the Preston Street Group Home, where he worked closely with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). His compassion and commitment quickly stood out, leading to his promotion in 2001 to Training Instructor/Employment Specialist with Supported Employment. In this role, Cribb supported both behavioral health and IDD clients in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence. In 2008, he transitioned to the Coffee Community Support program, continuing his work in employment services for IDD clients. His leadership and reliability led to his promotion in 2010 as Food Service Supervisor for Unison’s St. Illa programs — a role he holds today. Cribb oversees meal planning and preparation for our Crisis Stabilization and Temporary Observation units, Residential Treatment, and Day Services programs. His commitment is evident in every aspect of his work. Presenting a certificate of service to Cribb were Lin Boatright, Director of St. Illa Residential Services, and Unison CEO Tiffany Henderson (left) and HR Director Laura Fullard.
