• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Charles Kersey, 56, was arrested Tuesday, November 11 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
• Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Disorderly Conduct: James Sapp, 55, was arr ested Tuesday, November 11 and charged with Possession of Open Alc ohol Container and Disorderly Conduct.
• Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or revoked Registration, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Frank Snipes, 38, was arrested Tuesday, November 11 and charged with Knowingly Driving Motor Vehicle on Suspended, Canceled, or revoked Registration and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
• Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., Party to a Crime, Possession of Pistol or Revolver by a Minor, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Conspiracy to Commit a Felon: Keitron Byrd, 17, was arr ested Wednesday, November 12 and charged with Marijuana Poss ession Less Than 1 oz., Party to a Crime (2 Counts), Possession of Pistol or Revolver by a Minor, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, and Conspiracy to Commit a Felon.
• Possession of Firearm or Knife During a Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Theft by Taking: Ayanda Nkese, 18, was arr ested Wednesday, November 12 and charged with Possession of Firearm or Knife During a Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz. and Theft by Taking.
• Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Marijuana Possession Less than 1 oz., Party to a Crime: Davin Miller, 19 was arrested and charged Thursday, November 13 with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Marijuana Possession Less than 1 oz., and Party to a Crime (two counts).
• Party to a Crime, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., Possession of Firearm of Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, Possession of Pistol or Revolver by a Minor: Eli Walker, 17 was arrested and charged Thursday, November 13 with Party to a Crime (three counts), Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., Possession of Firearm of Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies and Possession of Pistol or Revolver by a Minor.
• Outstanding Parole Violation, Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer when Engaged on Official Duty Which Results in Serious Injury, Receipt, Possession of Transfer of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Parole Violation: Ricky Walker, 39, was arrested Thursday, November 13 on an Outstanding Parole Violation.
While being arrested, he was charged with Obstruction of Law Enforcement Off icer when Engaged on Official Duty which results in serious injury, Receipt, possession of Transfer of Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Parole Violation.
• DUI: James Moore, 45, was arrested Sunday, November 16 and charged with DUI.
Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call on Rayb o n Rock Road in reference to a speeding vehicle that ended up in the ditch.
