Hospice Satilla’s 13th annual Silver Bowl Gala to be held November 13
The Hospice Satilla Board of Trustees invites you to share in an evening of community, compassion, and celebration at the highly anticipated Silver Bowl Gala, set for 6-8 p.m. this Thursday, November 13, at The Banter, located at 255 Main Street in downtown Blackshear.

Christmas Parade to be held December 8
“Tinsel, Tiaras and Tractor Tires” will be the theme of this year’s community Christmas parade. The parade will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8.
The annual parade will assemble at Emmanuel Baptist Church on Carter Avenue and will travel down Gordon Street and Main Street (Georgia Highway 15/121) before disbanding at the Board of Education office.
Christmas Market to be held December 11
Vendors are needed for the upcoming Christmas market to be held Thursday, Dec. 11.The event will be held on SE Central Avenue from 5- 8 p.m. that evening.
