Willie Roach led the pledge of allegiance at the county commission’s November regular meeting. Roach is a veteran of the U.S. Army and is retired after a career with the Bureau of Prisons. He is a member of the recently formed Pierce County AMVets Chapter 1857. Roach (left) is presented a certificate of appreciation by Fourth District County Commissioner David Lowman.
