Ware County Recreation Department’s Logan Youmans was recently recognized at a meeting of the Ware County Commission as the Ware County Employee of the Month for October.

Youmans’ journey from part-time staff member to full-time contributor is a testament to his dedication, reliability, and positive impact on the community, supervisors said.

Recreation Director Lance Adamson praised Logan’s work ethic and leadership.

“Logan is someone we can always count on,” said Adamson. “He takes pride in his work, supports his team and consistently looks for ways to improve operations. His commitment to safety and service reflects the values we strive for in Ware County.”

Youmans’ contributions extend beyond daily responsibilities. He actively supports community initiatives and brings forward ideas that enhance efficiency and service delivery, supervisors said.

His initiative and steady presence have made him a valued member of the Recreation Department and a role model for others.
