This will be the 3rd photo that I have had in the Governors office : 2015, 2017 & 2026.
Hello 2026 Art of Georgia Artists! I hope that you all have had a wonderful year since we last communicated.
We are currently working with the Governor’s Office to set a date to switch the artw ork that is being exhibited at the Capitol and the Governor’s Mansion. That date will likely be at the very beginning of January, 2026. On that date, each of you will be invited to the Capitol to drop off your work and have your photo made with the Governor. As soon as the date is set, I will let you know.
I wanted to touch base to see if you are still able to participate in the Art of Georgia exhibit. If your work is no longer available or if you are not able to be a part of the exhibit, please replay and let me know.
I will pass along more details about the exhibit very soon.
