Masterbuilders celebrate 24 year anniversary Missionary Ardrelle Myles Sutton and The Masterbuilders will celebrate its 24th anniversary with a pair of services.
The first service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, at the First African Baptist Church, 708 East 12th Street, Alma. The Rev. James Stephon Deen is the pastor and the speaker for the evening.
The second service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, November 6, at the Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church 502 S. Pine Street, Fitzgerald. Bishop Johnnie Beveritt is the pastor and the speaker for the evening.
All are invited to come and be a blessing to this mighty woman of God and to the Masterbuilder’s Ministry.
Missionary Sutton is a former resident of Patterson.
Comfort Chapel Primitive Baptist Church
Comfort Chapel Primitive Baptist Church will have its annual meeting Friday, November 7 - Sunday, November 9.
Elder Terry Barnard, pastor of the Thomasville Primitive Baptist Church in Thomasville will be the guest speaker.
Worship services will begin 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights and 11 a.m. Sunday morning.
The church will observe its 25th Annual Homecoming service Sunday.
A dutch treat fellowship meal will be held at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the Jerry J’s Restaurant, 1406 Plant Avenue, Waycross. A prayer breakfast will take place at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at the church, 1600 Cherokee Circle, Waycross.
Elder Terry Herrin, pastor of the Mars Hill Primitive Baptist Church near Hoboken, will be the speaker for the prayer breakfast.
The pastor, Elder Jason Deal, and members invite everyone to attend.

Ward Memorial to hold homecoming Nov. 9
Ward Memorial Church will have its annual homecoming Sunday, November 9.
Service will begin 11 a.m. Bro. Carly Hickox will be the guest speaker. Lunch will follow the service.
