Southern Quality Propane cut the ribbon at their newest location Oct. 21. Based out of Thomasville, Southern Quality Propane now has five locations, three in Georgia and two in Florida. Brian Owens is the branch manager of the new Blackshear location, which is the the newest member of the Pierce County Chamber of Commerce. Free hamburgers and hotdogs and raffle prizes helped celebrate the ribbon cutting.
