HOBOKEN — Principal Marcia Chesser would like to invite community veterans and active members to our annual Veterans Day Program on Tuesday, November 11th at 1 p.m., in the school gym.
Also, Patsy Harris and the Hoboken Veterans Committee will honor the former Hoboken High School students who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

• Harry E. Chesser — Vietnam A special program will be held at 11 a.m., in the Hoboken Cemetery with Billy Michael Lee paying tribute to his lifelong friend and fallen comrade by placing a flag at the gravesite of Roger Rowell.
He has done this every year since 1970, when he escorted the body of his friend home from Vietnam to his family.
Jimmy Lynn will also pay tribute to Harry Chesser, his lifelong friend and fallen comrade, by presenting his family with a flag. He also escorted his body home from Vietnam to his family.
