• Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Richard Bagley, 42, was arrested Monday, October 27 and charged with Poss ession and Use of Drug Related Objects after deputies responded to a call.
• Terroristic Threats and Acts: Adrian Mc-Donald, 65, was arrested Tuesday, October 28 and charged with Terr oristic Threats and Acts.
Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 190 block of Oleta Drive in reference to a verbal domestic.
• Criminal Trespass: Charles William, 47, was arrested Tuesday, October 28 and charged with Criminal Trespass.
• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Joshua King, 48, was arr ested Tuesday, October 28 on an Outstanding Probation Warrant.
• Three traffic violations, three drug violations, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies: Levi Herrin, 32, was arrested Tuesday, October 28 and charged with No Proof of Insur ance, DUI, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 Oz., Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies, and Removing or Affixing License Plate with Intent to Conceal or Misrepresent.
Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop in reference to license plate.
• Theft by Shoplifting: Jeremy Altom, 29, was arrested Tuesday, October 28 and charged with Theft b y Shoplifting (two counts). after deputies responded to a call at Dollar General on Post Road in Reference to Stealing.
• Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Leah Morgan, 43, was arr ested Wednesday, October 29 and charged with Possession of Methamp heta mine and Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects.
• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Sharon Sullivan, 54, was arr ested Wednesday, October 29 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
• DUI, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Speeding: Corey Adams, 28, was arrested Thursday, October 30 and charged with DUI, Posses sion of Open Alcohol Container and Speeding.
• Disorderly Cond uct: Matthew Corry, 34, was arr ested Thursday, October 30 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct.
• Outstanding Theft by Receiving Stolen Property warrant: Greyson Crews, 22, was arrested Friday, November 30 on an outstanding Theft by Receiving Stolen Property warrant.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warr ant: Hope Horton, 44, was arrested Saturday, November 1 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
• DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seatbelt Violation, Driving Without License, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer: Maynor Morales, 25, was arrested Saturday, November 1 and charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, Seatbelt Violation, Driving Without License, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer.
• DUI, Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Tag Light Required, and Violation of Conditions on Limited Driving Permit: James Moody, 54, was arr ested Sunday, November 2 and charged with DUI, Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Tag Light Required, and Violation of Conditions on Limited Driving Permit.
• Battery-Family Violence: Destiny Houston, 29, was arrested and charged with Battery- Fami l y Violence. Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 160 block of Drury Lane in reference to a domestic disturbance.
