Gail Gregory Landry of Batesburg, SC, was called home unexpectedly Thursday, October 9, 2025, a month shy of her 70th birthday.
A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Long Branch Community Center in Appling County with Elder Jason Deal officiating.
An additional celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, from the Christ Community Church, 144 E Columbia Avenue, Batesburg, SC 29006.
Attendants at both services are asked to please wear something purple in her honor.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages gestures that honor Gail’s spirit: write a note to someone you love, create a homemade gift for someone you care about, make a donation to a charity close to your heart, or support a local animal shelter in her memory. In doing so, you continue the kindness, generosity and love that Gail shared so freely with everyone around her.
