Sheriff’s Report

• Theft by Taking: Raymond Durham, 58, was arr ested Monday, October 20 and charged with Theft by Taking.

Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 14,000 block of Browntown Road in reference theft.

• Failure to Maintain Lane, No Proof of Insurance, DUI: Charles Gross, 36, was arrested Monday, October 20 and charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, No Proof of Insurance and DUI.

• Criminal Trespassing:

Steven Sylvester, 55, was arrested Monday, October 20 and charged with Criminal Trespassing.

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 500 block of Coffee County Club Road.

• Driving While Lic ense Sus pended or Rev oked, Window Tint Violation:

Jessica Wagner, 33, Tuesday, October 21 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Window Tint Violation.

• Simple Assault and Cruelty to Children: Caitlin Shuman, 32, was arrested Tuesday, October 21 and charged with Simple Assault and Cruelty to Children (five counts).

Brantley County deputies responded to a call in the 1800 block of High Bluff Road in reference to a domestic dispute.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Sandra James, 39, was arrested Tuesday, October 21 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Jeffery Cornelius, 44, was arrested Tuesday, October 21 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Roger Lanning, 35, was arrested Wednesday, October 22 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• DUI, Headlight Requirements, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Marijuana Possess ion Less than 1 oz., Endanger-ing a Child under 14 while DUI: Carlous Johns, 29, was arrested Friday, October 24 and charged with DUI, Headlight Requirements, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Marijuana Possession Less than 1 oz., and Endangering a Child under 14 while DUI (two counts).

• Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana, Bicycle Laws within City Limits: John Branham, 31, was arrested Saturday, October 25 and charged with Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Possession of Marijuana and Bicycle Laws within City Limits.

• Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., and Speedi ng: Ramsey Hurst, 23, was arr ested Saturday, October 25 and charged with Possession of Open Alcohol Container, DUI, Marijuana Possession Less Than 1 oz., and Speeding.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 82 in reference to speeding.

• Speeding, Giving False Name Address or Birthdate to Law Enforcement, Failure to Have License on Person, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Dylan Keene, 31, was arr ested Saturday, October 25 and charged with Speeding, Giving False Name Address or Birthdate to Law Enforcement, Failure to Have License on Person, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

• Failure to Have Li-

cense on Person, DUI: David Lafreniere, 70, was arrested Saturday, October 25 and charged with Failure to Have License on Person and DUI.

• Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Open Alc ohol Con tainer: Chasity Lanning, 30, was arrested Saturday, October 25 and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Open Alcohol Container.

• Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Head/Taill ights Requirements: Matthew Jaques, 34, was arrested Sunday, October 26 and charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Head/Taillights Requirements.
