Waynesville VFD’s Haunted House runs through Oct. 26 WAYNESVILLE — The Waynesville Volunteer Fire Department Station 4 will host a Haunted House beginning Thursday, October 23 through Sunday, October 26 from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children. There will be carnival games for the children. Cotton candy, popcorn, hotdogs and lemonade will be sold.

Brantley Saddle Club holding Fall Festival fundraiser Oct. 24

NAHUNTA — Brantley Saddle Club will host a Fall Festival fundraiser Friday, October 24 from 6 p.m.-10 p.m.

There will be games, food, a costume contest, vendors, bounce houses, cupcake walk, Bree’s Boba Trailer and more.

Admission is free with a $10 unlimited bounce. The Brantley County Saddle Club is located at 3726 Evergreen Way Circle, Waycross.

Little Memorial Baptists to host ‘Light the Night with Jesus’ Oct. 25 HORTENSE — Little Memorial Baptist Church is holding “Light the Night with Jesus” Saturday, October 25 from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.

The church is located at 106 Little Memorial Road in Hortense.

There will be food, fellowship, trunk or treating and fun.

Mount Calvary Fall Festival is Saturday, Oct. 25 from 4-7 p.m.

HOBOKEN — Mount Calvary Baptist Church is holding a Fall Festival Saturday, October 25 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m.

The church is located at 2378 Mount Calvary Road.

Waynesville Missionary Bapt. Fall Festival is Saturday, Oct. 25 WAYNESVILLE — Missionary Baptist Church will host it’s Fall Festival Saturday, October 25 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

There will be games, obstacle course, food, music and loads of fun.

Heron Harvest Market set for Saturday, Oct. 25 on N. Main St.

NAHUNTA — The Heron Harvest Market will be held Saturday, October 25 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at 10305 N. Main St., Nahunta, GA.

Everyone is invited to attend.

Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Fall Festival is Sun., Oct. 26 NAHUNTA — Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 7136 Central Avenue, will hold a fall festival from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, October 26.

There will be free hot dogs and drinks along with a variety of games. There also will be a cakewalk, bingo, dunk tank, pop a pumpkin and candy corn toss.

Waynesville VFD to hosting Friday/Saturday turkey shoots WAYNESVILLE — The Waynesville Volunteer Fire Department will be holding a Turkey Shoot every Friday and Saturday night at Waynesville State 3 beginning Friday, October 3 and Saturday, October 4.

The cost is $3 per shot and concessions are available.
