• Outstanding Conversion of Payments for Real Property Improvements warrant: Jason Chauncey, 47, was arrested Monday, October 13 on an Outstanding Conversion of Payments for Real Property Improvements warrant.

• Speeding, Possession of Marijuana Within the City Limits, DUI, Reckless Driving: Rustin Wall, 41, was arr ested Tuesday, October 14 and charged with Speeding, Possession of Marijuana Within the City Limits, DUI and Reckless Driving.

• Improper Passing of Emergency Vehicle, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer: Rodriguez Guevara, 37, was arrested Thursday, October 16 and charged with Improper Passing of Emergency Vehicle and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer.

• Outstanding Parole Viol ation: David Latty, 34, was arr ested Thursday, October 16 on an outstanding Parole Violation.

• DUI, Seat Belt Violation, Possession Of Open Alcohol Container, Furnishing, Purchasing, Possession of Alcohol Beverages By Persons Below Legal Age: Connor Smith, 19, was arr ested Thursday, October 16 and charged with DUI, Seat Belt Violation, Possession Of Open Alcohol Container, Furnishing, Purchasing, and Possession of Alcohol Beverages By Persons Below Legal Age.

• Seat Belt Violation, DUI, Brake Lights/Turn Signals Required, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects: Greg Breighner, 61, was arrested Friday, October 17 and charged with Seat Belt Violation, DUI, Brake Lights/Turn Signals Required, Possession of Schedule II Cont rolled Substance, and Poss ession and Use of Drug Related Objects.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Keith Dixon, 44, was arrested Frid ay, October 17 on an outstanding Probat ion warrant.
