The Coastal Pines Adult Education program in Pierce County recently participated in a recruitment event in Blackshear, hosted by No Male Left Behind. This event was designed to introduce young men in the community to various industries and skills that might interest them as they progress through high school and beyond. Brenée Wright, the Adjunct Instructor in Patterson, was able to discuss educational pathways with young men, distribute flyers to those considering completing their GEDs and inform the Pierce County community that CPTC Adult Education is here to serve the local community. “It was a great event that I hope we can return to in the future,” said Wright.
