Special to The Beacon NAHUNTA — OREMC’s Life of a Lineman video has received a Telly Award.
The video received a Bronze award in the Branded Content Category, General-Recruitment.
“It is always exciting to see a vision/idea come to fruition,” said OREMC Director of Communications & Marketing Michele Hutchins. “The idea behind the video was to honor our linemen for their hard work and dedication to our members, not just during storms or other outage emergencies. Being a lineman requires rigorous training and demonstrated competencies to safely do the job, but serving their communities is what drives them.
