Kathy Alene Todd Waters Capers, 62, of Killeen, Texas, passed away Monday, September 15, 2025, at her residence in Killeen.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 11, from the High Bluff Cemetery in Brantley County. The service will be officiated by her cousin, Elder Jason Deal.
After the service, all are invited to gather at the home of Sam and Georgia Todd, 3912 Driggers Road, Waycross, for refreshments.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southeast Cancer Unit, P.O. Box 667, Blackshear, Georgia 31516 or the cancer society of your choice.
