• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Harold Bargeron, 34, was arrested Tuesday, September 30 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call in the 9300 block of Browntown Road in reference to trespassing.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant, Outstanding Probat ion warrant: Denise Clark, 34, was arr ested September 30 on an outs tanding Failure to Appear warrant and Probation warrant.
• Outstanding Probat ion warrant: Kelly Gordon, 37, was arrested Tuesday, September 30 on an outstanding Probation warrant.
• DUI, Headlight Requirements: Joseph Sadler, 47, was arrested September 30 and charged with DUI and Headlight Requirements.
• Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Shianna Smith, 29, was arrested Tuesday, September 30 and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
Brantley County deputies responded to a call on 9300 block of Browntown Road in reference to trespassing.
• Giving False Name, Address, or Birthdate to Law Enforcement Officer, Headlight Req uire ments: Brittany Cooper, 34, was arrested Wednesday, October 1 and charged with Giving False Name, Address, or Birthdate to Law Enforcement Officer and Headlight Requirements.
• DUI, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Speeding, Driving While License Suspended or Rev oked, Seat belt Violation: Slade Godwin, 27, was arrested Thursday, October 2 and charged with DUI, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Speeding, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Seat belt Violation.
Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Highway 32 in reference to speeding.
• Outstanding warrants of Burglary, Theft by Taking: James Harrell, 29, was arrested October 2 on the foll owing outstanding warrants of Burglary (two counts) and Theft by Taking.
• Battery: Anthony Mishoe, 63, was arrested Thursday, October 2 and charged with Battery.
Brantl e y County deputies responded to a call on Baker Creek Road in reference to battery.
• DUI:
Christop her Miller, 53, was arr ested Friday, October 3 and charged with DUI.
• Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects, Probation Viol ation: Christina Wilson, 60, was arrested October 3 and charged with Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects and Probation Violation after deputies responded to a call.
• Driving while License Suspended or Revoked: Brock Tomlinson, 40, was arrested Saturday, October 4 and charged with Driving while License Suspended or Revoked.
Brantl e y County deputies conducted a traffic stop on High Bluff Road in reference to driving while license suspended.
• Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Drugs not in Original Container, DUI, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Sub stance: Logan Kemp, 25, was arrested October 4 and charged with Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Drugs not in Original Container, DUI and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
Brantley County deputies responded to a call on Highway 520 in reference to erratic driver.
• Outstanding Failure to Appear warrant:
James Croft, 42, was arr ested Sunday, October 5 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.
