CASA has resource fair on October 14
Southeast Georgia Court Appointed Special Advocates holds a community connect resource fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 14 at C.C. McCray City Auditorium, 865 Pendleton Street.
The free event will offer family resources and support, volunteer opportunities, community partnerships and door prizes.
Griffin reunion slated Oct. 26
Descendants of Manning and Charlotte Griffin will hold their annual family reunion Sunday October 26 at Hoboken Elementary School, 224 Church Street.
Doors will open at noon with lunch in the cafeteria at 12:30 p.m. Attendees should bring a covered dish and drink.

Lee family holds reunion Oct. 5
The descendants of James F. and Nancy Griffin Lee will hold their annual family reunion from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday October 5 at Hoboken Community Center, 294 Chicago Avenue.
A business meeting will be held at 12:15, followed by lunch at 12:30. Attendees should bring a covered dish and beverage. All other items will be provided.
