SACRAMENTO, Cal. — Brantley County native son Jaylin Williams signed an Exhibit 10 contract Friday with the NBA’s Sacramento Kings.
The franchise waived the 25-year-old, 6-foot-8 wing player Sunday afternoon.
Williams, though, is still part of the franchise. He will will go to the Stockton Kings for now, a G League affiliate.
The soft-spoken Williams joins a list of players signed by Sacramento to Exhibit 10 contracts, waived and headed to Stockton.
