• Four people were arrested on drug charges in connection with an investigation that occurred Monday, Sept. 1 and Tuesday, Sept. 2.
They include:
•Allen Russell Roberson, 33, Kady Elizabeth Cloud, 31, and Shelby Kalyn Taylor, 34, were all charged with felony - possession of a cont rolled substance, conspiracy to commit a crime of trading with inm ates without the consent of warden or superintendent and conspiracy to commit a crime of purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of a controlled substance or marijuana.
• Walter Lucious Dixon III, 32, was charged with felony- conspiracy to commit a crime of trading with inmates without the consent of warden or superintendent and conspiracy to commit a crime of purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of a controlled substance or marijuana.
Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigator Wayne Mercer, Lt Jacob Winters, Investigator Bryce Edwards, Deputy Blaine Mercer, and Deputy Landry Lloyd responded to an area in Pierce County. After initial contact and further inv estigation, Rob erson, Cloud, Taylor and Dixon III were arrested.
Two people were arrested on drug charges Thursday, Sept. 11.
They include:
• Jerry Wayne Douglas, 56, was charged with felony - possession of methampheta-m
ine, possession of schedule III drugs, misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects prohibited, and drugs to be kept in original container and
• Deborah Hulbert, 62, was arrested and charged with felony - possession of methamp hetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects prohibited.
ACE Unit Investigator Bryce Edwards, Investigator Wayne Mercer, Investigator Greg Nettles, Lt. Donald Shuman and Deputy Hunter Griffin conducted a Fourth Amendment waiver search at a residence in Pierce County that led to the arrests of Douglas and Hulbert.
• Danny Timothy Ensch, 28, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 13 and charged with felony - possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana - less than an ounce.
Deputy Blaine Mercer responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Ensch’s arrest.
